This little lady has to be one of the most adorable babies ever! I made a little dress for her 9 month session, out of a vintage sheet and vintage table runner. She looked like a little doll with her vintage bonnet and flutter sleeves. While she felt a little out of place in the grassy Norwayne Field, with the help of some cheerleaders, we made the best of her absolute cuteness and lovely sunset lighting.

As mentioned in the previous sneak peek post, things are-a-changing here at The Whimsy Tree. Good Changes! Growth! Sometimes we start things with just small mindsets about the future, and it turns out that your vision needs enlarged. So be it. I’ll be releasing details bit by bit.

This concept session morphed into it’s own special project. Turns out it has a story, but for now I’ll leave you once again with this quote and still imagery…

“The truth is that when one is still a child-or even if one is grown up- and has been well fed, and has slept long and softly and warm; when one has gone to sleep in the midst of a fairy story, and has wakened to find it real, one cannot be unhappy or even look as if one were; and one could not, if one tried, keep a glow of joy out of one’s eyes.”
Frances Hodgson Burnett

We’re going to be working on a new spring project with Miss Sarah, so I was looking through this past session with her and thought I’d share some of the images that you didn’t see in the original post (there were so many). So loving the green in these images!
