It’s nearing 2013 and I thought it would be appropriate to take a look back at 2012. I’m so blessed to have such great clients, and its always wonderful to meet and work with so many different families. The good Lord blessed me with another great year and I’m eagerly anticipating all that the new year brings.

I don’t know about you, but I think I’m actually looking forward to snow. We could have a few flurries today and I feel like a kid at the window waiting to see those first white flakes falling. Anyone else looking forward to the picturesque scenery?

It’s that month again, the start of the season when things slow down, and you wonder just how long winter will last. Only, it hasn’t slowed down, in-fact it’s busy! I’ve been on a retouching marathon the last two days, and have a to-do list that seems a mile long. I’m thankful for this season, and I’m going to enjoy it instead of dreading it! For the month of November I decided to post something that I was thankful for every day (on my personal Facebook), and in a way I feel like it’s carried on to the month of December. Maybe I’ll start a new image series for these winter months called things to be thankful for… or finding beauty in winter, or maybe something better after I think of a proper title. For now here are a few Lensbaby macro images from a frosty morning.

p.s. Don’t be shy, you can be my friend on facebook!
